How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement, please send an email to sales@comboph.com with the following information:
- Subject: Replacement Request
- Body: Order Number, Customer Name
Once we receive your email, a ComboPH Online Sales Representative will contact you within 24 hours to gather the additional details needed to process your request.
How to Return an Item
Before returning any item, please reach out to us first through our ComboPH Facebook page or email us at support@comboph.com. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to properly process the return.
